Updates the Oklahoma Open Records Act statutory reference from Sections 24A.1 through 24A.30 to Sections 24A.1 through 24A.34 of Title 51.

Requires a designated public body representative to provide written notice to a requestor if a records request cannot be completed within ten (10) business days, indicating the reason for delay and a date when information will be available.

Maintains existing exemptions to public records disclosure, including attorney-client privilege, executive session records, driver's license information, financial data, and various other confidential materials.

Preserves current fee structures for record copying, with maximum fees of $0.25 per page for standard copies or $1.00 per page for certified copies.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
