Establishes President Donald J. Trump Day on November 5th as an additional state holiday in Oklahoma by amending 25 O.S. 2021, Section 82.2.

Updates statutory language throughout Section 82.2 to replace archaic references with modernized text while maintaining the existing list of state holidays.

Preserves existing provisions allowing banks, credit unions, and public offices to close on designated holidays and perform authorized acts on the next business day without liability.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
