• Amends Oklahoma's TANF program minimum requirements by modifying resource exemptions and updating statutory language, effective July 1, 2025.

• Adds monthly child support payments (up to $100 for one child or $200 for two or more children) to the list of resources exempt from resource determination criteria.

• Changes earned income disregard calculation from "$120 and one-half of remainder" to "$120 and seventy-five percent (75%) of remainder" to provide greater income disregards for working recipients.

• Requires the Department of Human Services Director (rather than "Commission for") to promulgate rules and updates terminology referencing "General Educational Development" instead of "General Equivalency Degree."

• Declares an emergency provision allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval, in addition to the standard July 1, 2025 effective date.
