Appropriates $2,000,000 from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund to provide water infrastructure funding to a rural water and sewer district in the central region experiencing private well contamination and needing connection to public water supply.

Appropriates $2,000,000 from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund for constructing water lines in a county with a population between 150,000 and 200,000 (per latest Federal Decennial Census) located in a community not adjacent to a major interstate roadway.

Appropriates $200,000 from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund to establish grant programs for designing, constructing, and maintaining water and wastewater infrastructure, and to improve the condition of publicly owned deficient dams regulated by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing it to take effect upon passage and approval.
