Extends the trial appearance time period from 5-10 days to 5-15 days from summons issuance for general forcible entry and detainer actions, while maintaining the 5-10 day timeline for actions under Title 41, Section 132(C) or (D).

Increases service of summons timeframe from 3 days to 7 days before trial for general eviction cases, except actions under Title 41, Section 132(C) or (D) which remain at 3 days.

Extends posting and mailing service requirements from 5 days to 7 days prior to trial when personal service cannot be made, with the Title 41, Section 132(C) or (D) exception remaining at 5 days.

Increases summons delivery requirement from 3 days to 7 days before the scheduled court hearing, except for Title 41, Section 132(C) or (D) actions which remain at 3 days.

Updates statutory language to be gender neutral and makes technical corrections; becomes effective November 1, 2025.
