Oklahoma Corporation Commission must begin engaging an outside consulting firm within 90 days to conduct a technical and legal feasibility study on nuclear energy generation in the state

Study must evaluate economic and environmental impacts, site selection criteria, safety requirements, engineering costs, small modular reactor and microreactor capabilities, and workforce development needs

Study must identify geographic areas best suited for nuclear generation, including cities near military bases that could meet federal military resiliency requirements under 10 U.S.C. Section 2920

Corporation Commission must deliver the completed feasibility study to the Senate President Pro Tempore, House Speaker, and Governor within 9 months of the act's effective date

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
