• Updates Oklahoma's minimum salary schedule for certified school personnel to apply beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, replacing the previous 2023-2024 schedule.

• Increases minimum salaries across all experience levels and education categories (Bachelor's degree, National Board Certification, Master's degree, and Doctor's degree), with examples ranging from $42,601 to $63,395 depending on credentials and experience.

• Adds a Master's Degree + National Board Certification category to the salary schedule with corresponding salary amounts for all experience levels from 0 to 25 years.

• Requires salary increases for certified personnel employed in school districts, technology center districts, the Department of Corrections, Office of Juvenile Affairs, and State Department of Rehabilitation Services, provided they remain employed by the same entity.

• Takes effect July 1, 2025, and declares an emergency, making the act effective upon passage and approval.
