Increases sheriff's fee for serving writs, warrants, orders, process, commands, or notices within the county from $50.00 to $150.00, or mileage whichever is greater.

Increases sheriff's fee for serving process outside the county from $50.00 to $150.00, or actual necessary expenses whichever is greater.

Updates statutory language throughout 28 O.S. Section 153 by replacing "This" with "Such" in subsections G and K.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.

Declares an emergency to allow the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
