Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs shall establish its headquarters and a veterans resource center in Del City, providing information and referral services to connect veterans with public and private services.

All state agencies providing veteran services must collaborate with the Department to deliver services through the established resource center.

Department shall create a publicly available online interactive portal listing all veteran services available in Oklahoma.

Creates the Oklahoma Unified Veteran Services Commission with 11 members including legislators, cabinet officials, and agency directors to study and evaluate resources needed for the headquarters and resource center.

Commission must submit reports including potential sites, architectural renderings, and facility evaluation to legislative leadership by December 31, 2026; bill becomes effective November 1, 2025.
