Amends 68 O.S. 2021, Section 2368.16 to reauthorize the income tax checkoff allowing individual and corporate taxpayers to donate portions of tax refunds to regional food banks in Oklahoma.

Requires tax return forms to include a checkbox option allowing taxpayers to donate $2, $5, or a custom amount from their refund to support regional food bank programs.

Establishes the "Income Tax Checkoff Revolving Fund for Oklahoma Regional Food Banks" administered by the Department of Human Services to receive and distribute all donated funds to eligible regional food banks statewide.

Extends the reauthorization period for the income tax checkoff from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2026, allowing the voluntary donation program to continue operating.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause permitting the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
