Changes authority to obtain liability insurance for AIM program participants from individual school governing bodies to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

Prohibits the Office of Management and Enterprise Services from directly or indirectly charging students, parents, legal guardians, or school governing bodies for the cost of insurance coverage.

Clarifies that failure to obtain insurance coverage or specific coverage amounts shall not place legal liability on students, parents, guardians, or school governing bodies.

Allows the State Board of Education to promulgate rules determining whether apprenticeships, internships, and mentorships are eligible for academic credit toward graduation requirements under Section 11-103.6.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency declaration allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
