Senate Bill 21 Summary

• Provides a 2% increase in benefits for Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System members receiving benefits as of June 30, 2025, who have been retired for at least 5 years.

• Applies the 2% increase to all eligible members who continue to receive benefits on or after the bill's effective date.

• For members who joined the System prior to January 1, 1981, offsets any benefit increases received after July 1, 2020, by the amount of the 2% increase provided by this bill.

• Adds new codified section 50-136.10 to Title 11 of Oklahoma Statutes.
