Extends the sunset date for the Oklahoma Tourism Development Act from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2032, allowing new tourism project agreements to be entered into through December 31, 2031.

Approves sales tax credits up to 10% for tourism projects with approved costs between $500,000 and $1,000,000, and up to 25% for projects exceeding $1,000,000.

Allows Entertainment District projects with over $1,000,000 in approved costs to receive incentive payments based on sales tax collections, limited to 25% of approved costs and capped at 10% per calendar year.

Maintains the cumulative annual inducement cap at $30,000,000 per year across all approved tourism projects.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
