Corporation Commission shall coordinate with Office of Management and Enterprise Services and Oklahoma One-Call System, Inc. to establish a GIS-based web service application for public works projects, utility planning, and infrastructure coordination.

Application shall be voluntary and free-of-charge to promote efficiencies and allow entities to share project information, geographic scope, and high-level project details for coordinating public works projects with similar timelines.

Commission shall solicit public comment from potential participants including internet service providers, public utilities, municipal utilities, oil and gas operators, political subdivisions, and other industrial, commercial, or public entities with interest in potential projects.

Commission shall contract with an outside entity pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 and shall promulgate rules to effectuate the provisions of this section.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
