Creates the Feral Swine Eradication and Control Grant Program to provide Oklahoma landowners and land lessors with education, equipment, and services for capturing or deterring feral swine

Establishes a maximum grant fund of $500,000, funded through legislative appropriations, public and private sources, and federal matching funds

Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry will implement the program in collaboration with the Department of Wildlife Conservation and Oklahoma Conservation Commission

Provides civil and criminal liability protection for the Department and its employees, except in cases of gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct

Authorizes the Department to grant permit exemptions for participating landowners from certain nuisance and invasive species control requirements; effective November 1, 2025
