Prohibits rate-regulated retail electric suppliers from offering ratepayer-funded incentives, rebates, or inducements to customers to promote switching from natural gas to electricity.

Creates new Section 801.10 of Title 17 of the Oklahoma Statutes to codify the prohibition.

Applies only to rate-regulated retail electric suppliers as defined in Section 158.22 of Title 17 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
