Senate Bill 350 Summary

• Amends 60 O.S. 2021, Section 333 regarding title by prescription (adverse possession) in Oklahoma.

• Prohibits possession of land from being deemed adverse to the owner if the owner has paid and discharged all taxes and assessments due on the land during the period the adverse possessor claims to have possessed it.

• Preserves the existing rule that occupancy for the prescribed period under civil procedure confers title by prescription sufficient against all parties.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
