Requires head coaches to hold valid certificates issued by the State Board of Education, subject to the same certification rules governing superintendents, principals, librarians, school nurses, and classroom teachers

Authorizes the State Board of Education to promulgate rules for the issuance and revocation of certificates specifically for head coaches

Contains an emergency clause making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval, with a general effective date of July 1, 2025
