Transfers all duties and powers of the Opioid Overdose Fatality Review Board to the Office of the Attorney General, effective July 1, 2025.

Attorney General assumes responsibility for coordinating state and local efforts to address overdose deaths, conducting case reviews, collecting data, and maintaining a database on opioid overdose deaths.

Attorney General may request and obtain copies of all records pertaining to opioid overdose cases from medical examiners, hospitals, law enforcement, courts, mental health services, and other entities.

Repeals the section establishing the Board's membership structure and maintains confidentiality protections for all case review information and discussions.

Requires Attorney General to submit annual statistical reports on opioid overdose deaths and recommendations to medical and law enforcement systems; declares an emergency to allow immediate implementation upon passage.
