Extends the sunset date for the State Board of Licensed Social Workers from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2027.

Maintains the Board's composition of seven members: three licensed social workers or licensed clinical social workers, two social work associates or master's social workers, one president of the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers, and one general public representative.

Vests enforcement responsibility for the Social Worker's Licensing Act in the State Board of Social Work with all necessary duties, powers, and authority to enforce the licensing regulations.

Requires social worker board members to be state residents, licensed in good standing, actively engaged in practice for at least one year in the last five years, and have at least three years of practice experience.

Takes effect July 1, 2025 with an emergency declaration for immediate implementation.
