Extends the sunset date for the State Anatomical Board from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2030 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Updates statutory language throughout the statute, changing "Board" to "board," "State of Oklahoma" to "this state," "chairperson" to "chair," and "this act" to "Sections 91 through 100 of this title."

Maintains the board's composition of medical school deans, anatomy department heads, two higher education representatives, and one at-large gubernatorial appointee.

Preserves the board's duties to register anatomical donor programs and non-transplant tissue banks, and manage collection, preservation, storage, distribution, and cremation of human remains for health science education and research.

Bill becomes effective July 1, 2025 with emergency declaration for immediate enactment upon passage and approval.
