Director must issue written order to show cause specifying the nature of violations before annulling, conditioning, suspending, or revoking any drug registration.

Alleged violations are deemed admitted unless registrant requests administrative hearing within 30 days of issuance; if no hearing is requested or registrant fails to appear, Director issues final order by default.

Jurisdiction and venue for all actions related to registrations or individual proceedings, including appeals, shall exist solely in the district court of Oklahoma County.

Director may immediately suspend registrations without notice or hearing when imminent danger to public health or safety exists; penalties for noncompliance reach up to $10,000 per day.

Subpoenas may be quashed or modified if information or testimony is not both necessary and proper to adjudication of issues identified in the order to show cause, or for grounds listed in Section 2004.1 of Title 12.
