Extends protections to employees using personal, rented, or leased vehicles for business purposes, prohibiting employers from restricting firearm transport in those vehicles

Provides liability immunity for property owners and employers regarding their decisions to allow or prohibit firearms, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct
