Amends 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2-315 to require disposal of controlled dangerous substances in accordance with federal regulation 21 C.F.R., Part 1317, replacing previous state-specific submission requirements

Allows ultimate users who lawfully obtained controlled dangerous substances to deliver them to authorized persons for disposal without being registered under state law

Permits persons entitled to dispose of a decedent's property to deliver the decedent's controlled dangerous substances to another person for disposal under federal guidelines

Authorizes qualified hospice program employees to handle and dispose of controlled dangerous substances lawfully dispensed to a decedent, requiring completion of a form under penalty of perjury witnessed by a second hospice employee or family member
