Amends Oklahoma law governing charitable alcoholic beverage licenses issued to tax-exempt 501(c) organizations for wine, spirit, and beer events including tastings, dinners, and auctions

Exempts Oklahoma institutions of higher education from the annual license limits that apply to other charitable organizations

Other organizations remain limited to 8 charitable alcoholic beverage event licenses (up to 4 days each) and 4 charitable auction licenses (up to 2 days each) per 12-month period

Charitable auction licenses allow auctioning up to 50 gallons of alcohol purchased from retail stores or received as gifts, with all fees and taxes required
