• Permits landowners and agricultural lessees to control feral swine without permit during day or night using any legal means to protect crops, livestock, and feed materials.

• Allows use of headlights, thermal devices, and night vision equipment for nighttime feral swine control on private property when landowner or lessee authorizes; prohibits discharge of firearms from public roadways.

• Repeals the special permit provision for private property owners to kill feral swine and becomes effective November 1, 2025.
