SB 498 Summary

• Requires all marijuana licensure revocation hearings to be conducted pursuant to the Oklahoma Pleading Code (12 O.S. §2001 et seq.)

• Mandates that all marijuana licensure revocation hearings be recorded, with parties able to request copies and copies provided to law enforcement if revocation was based on alleged criminal activity

• Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority must assist law enforcement upon request and share information without requiring subpoena or search warrant, except for licensed patient information

• Authority must provide law enforcement electronic online verification system for checking validity of medical marijuana patient and caregiver licenses

• Effective date: November 1, 2025
