Each Oklahoma school district must electronically submit a quarterly report to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and Speaker of the House beginning January 31, 2026, and on the last day of each month following every fiscal year quarter.

The quarterly report must detail all federal funds received by the school district, including the source of funds, intended purpose, and how the funds were expended.

School districts must post the submitted report on their website within 10 days of submission.

The State Board of Education may promulgate rules to monitor compliance with these reporting requirements.

The act becomes effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
