Expands whistleblower protections under 70 O.S. 2021, Section 6-101.6b to include both teachers and support employees, defining "support employee" as outlined in paragraph 9 of Section 1-116.

Prohibits school districts from taking disciplinary action against teachers or support employees for disclosing public information about constitutional or legal violations, reporting violations of state or federal law, or taking such actions without prior notice to supervisors.

Defines "reporting" as providing a spoken or written account to supervising teachers, administrators, school board members, State Department of Education representatives, law enforcement, district attorneys, or parents/guardians of directly impacted students.

Requires each school district to prominently post or publish the law in locations where teachers and support employees will reasonably see it.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval; does not override Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) confidentiality protections.
