Adds three new required warning labels for medical marijuana packaging: warning against driving under the influence, warning that women should not use during pregnancy due to birth defect risk, and statement that the product has been tested for contaminants

Existing required warnings remain in place: "For use by licensed medical marijuana patients only" and "Keep out of reach of children"

Packaging must minimize appeal to children, prohibit cartoon characters or content targeting those under 21, and containers must be child-resistant

Labels cannot make health or physical benefit claims and cannot cause confusion with trademarked products or violate federal trademark law

Effective date: November 1, 2025
