Amends aiding suicide (Section 813) to make it a felony punishable by a fine up to $5,000, imprisonment for at least 7 years, or both.

Amends aiding attempted suicide (Section 815) to make it a felony punishable by a fine up to $1,000, imprisonment up to 2 years, or both.

Expands both suicide-related offenses to include persons convicted of felony offenses under Section 1172 that are the proximate cause of a victim's suicide or suicide attempt.

Amends Section 1172 to prohibit obscene, threatening, or harassing communications through telecommunications, electronic devices, or online platforms, with enhanced penalties for repeat offenses (second offense: felony up to $1,000 fine and 2 years imprisonment; third or subsequent: felony with $5,000-$100,000 fine and up to 10 years imprisonment).

Amends the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act (Section 1953) to add felony offenses for using computers or electronic devices to encourage another person to harm themselves or commit suicide.

Repeals Sections 817 and 818 regarding aiding suicide punishments.

Effective date: November 1, 2025.
