Amends the definition of "funeral service merchandise or funeral services" in the Funeral Services Licensing Act to clarify that persons, organizations, or businesses selling funeral service merchandise to the public without providing other funeral services are not subject to licensing requirements.

Adds three new definitions to the Funeral Services Licensing Act: "Crematory" (a structure containing a furnace or alkaline hydrolysis vessel for cremating human remains), "Cremation" (technical process using heat and flame or heat and pressure to reduce human remains to essential elements), and "Alkaline hydrolysis" (reduction of human remains using heat, pressure, water and base chemical agents).

Updates statutory language throughout the definitions section by replacing "the State of Oklahoma" with "this state" and "said" with "the" for consistency.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
