• Amends Oklahoma's state-tribal gaming compact framework by modifying definitions and clarifying the "State-Tribal Gaming Act" terminology throughout existing gaming statutes.

• Authorizes a professional sports team (NBA team) to conduct event wagering on nontribal lands with revenue shared among all tribes that have entered into the Model Tribal Gaming Compact.

• Creates a new section (280.2) allowing tribes to operate event pools and Internet event pools on tribal and nontribal lands, with specific regulations for geolocation verification, age restrictions, and prohibited betting categories.

• Establishes a Gaming Compact Supplement framework allowing tribes to accept expanded gaming offerings and pay a negotiated percentage fee on adjusted gross event pool revenues.

• Bill becomes effective November 1, 2025.
