Replaces the term "child pornography" with "child sexual abuse material" throughout Oklahoma obscenity statutes and adds a new category of "unlawful pornography" covering explicit sexual content involving adults

Increases penalties for possession of child sexual abuse material to 10-30 years imprisonment and fines up to $250,000 for first offense, 15-50 years and $300,000 for subsequent offenses

Creates a new felony for possessing, buying, viewing, or trafficking "unlawful pornography" lacking serious literary, artistic, educational, political, or scientific value, punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and $100,000 fine per violation

Establishes a private civil cause of action allowing any person (except government employees) to sue producers or distributors of unlawful pornography for minimum $10,000 statutory damages per image, plus injunctive relief and attorney fees

Organized trafficking of child sexual abuse material or unlawful pornography carries 15-40 years imprisonment and fines up to $500,000, with victims entitled to recover at least $50,000 per occurrence in civil damages
