• Amends law enforcement records disclosure requirements to include annual asset forfeiture reports as publicly available records that must be made available for inspection and copying.

• Requires law enforcement agencies to electronically submit annual reports by February 1 each year to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and State Auditor identifying seized property and its disposition.

• Mandates all asset forfeiture reports and data submitted be published on the data.ok.gov website for public access and transparency.

• Clarifies procedures for audio and video recording disclosure from law enforcement, including specific redaction provisions and time limits for withholding recordings in ongoing investigations (up to 4 years maximum).

• Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
