• Modifies penalties for lewd or indecent acts to a child under Section 1123 by changing the minimum sentence from 25 years to 10 years for offenses involving victims under 12 years of age, with options for death penalty or life imprisonment.

• Expands the definition of "child sexual exploitation" to include multiple offense categories such as child sex trafficking, child sexual abuse material offenses, human trafficking for commercial sex, and solicitation of minors via technology.

• Requires mandatory post-imprisonment supervision for persons sentenced to 2 or more years for violations of these sections, with exceptions for life or life without parole sentences.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
