Adds Section 2803.3 to Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes to make certain domestic abuse victim statements admissible as evidence in criminal and juvenile delinquent prosecutions.

Permits admission of statements narrating, describing, reporting, or explaining domestic abuse incidents made by victims to law enforcement officers within one (1) week of the incident.

Permits admission of statements made by domestic abuse victims on applications for protective orders filed within one (1) week of the incident, and testimony given at protective order hearings.

Allows such statements to be admitted in pre-trial and post-trial proceedings including preliminary hearings, prosecutive merit hearings, probation revocation hearings, and deferred judgment acceleration hearings.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
