Amends the School District Empowerment Program statute to update language and remove the requirement that participating school districts make payroll deductions for professional organization dues and political contributions.

Requires school districts to process written termination requests (via email, fax, or other written means) within five business days or by the next pay period, whichever is earlier, and notifies professional organizations within fifteen business days.

Establishes penalties for non-compliance, requiring school districts to immediately reimburse employees for unauthorized deductions, with the amount due doubling every thirty days until paid in full.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
