Amends 21 O.S. Section 13.1 to expand the list of criminal offenses requiring convicted persons to serve a minimum of 85% of their sentence before parole eligibility.

Adds two new offenses to the minimum 85% service requirement: discharging a firearm at or into a dwelling or building used for public or business purposes (Section 1289.17A) and aggravated assault and battery upon any person defending another person from assault and battery (Section 646).

Renames "child pornography" and "aggravated child pornography" to "sexual abuse material" and "aggravated child sexual abuse material" respectively in the list of covered offenses.

Persons convicted of the specified 23 offenses or any attempt, conspiracy, or solicitation thereof are ineligible for earned credits or other credits that would reduce their sentence below 85% of the imposed sentence.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
