Amends the Impaired Driving Prevention Advisory Committee by adding seven new members to the existing structure, bringing the total from 15 to 22 members.

New members added include the State Commissioner of Health, Executive Director of the Department of Transportation, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, Executive Director of the State Board of Pharmacy, Executive Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, and Executive Director of the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System (each position or designee).

Updates terminology to change "Director of the Department" to "Commissioner" for the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services position and "Chief Executive Officer" to "Director" for Service Oklahoma.

Maintains committee operations requiring meetings at least once annually but no more than four times per year, with an elected vice chair to serve during the chair's absence.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
