Creates the Oklahoma Today Magazine Division within the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, responsible for publishing the magazine a minimum of six times per year.

Authorizes the magazine to sell advertising with approval by the appropriate division director prior to publication.

Allows employees who obtain advertising, bulk subscription, newsstand, or ancillary product sales to earn commissions up to 25%, with combined salary and commission not exceeding 95% of the Executive Director's salary, paid monthly based on collected revenues.

Permits the Department to deliver Oklahoma Today Magazine copies by electronic means through subscription sales.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
