Amends 21 O.S. 2021, Section 732 to authorize officers and persons acting under an officer's command to appeal rulings that their use of deadly force was unjustified to the Court of Criminal Appeals.

Officers must file appeals within 10 days of a pretrial ruling finding their use of deadly force unjustified.

Appeals filed under this section receive priority treatment and an automatic stay of proceedings is entered pending the appeal outcome.

Failure to appeal within 10 days waives the right to immediate appeal but does not waive the right to assert the claim at trial or upon direct appeal.

Effective date is November 1, 2025.
