• Requires chiropractic license applications to be submitted through an online licensure portal instead of in-person forms.

• Changes educational requirement from "a course of resident study of not less than four (4) years of nine (9) months each" to "a valid degree of Doctor of Chiropractic from a program accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education."

• Modifies notification procedures so applicants are notified of disapproval by the Executive Director of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners rather than having applications returned.

• Repeals Section 161.12a relating to registration as a chiropractic claims consultant.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
