Amends school accreditation standards to include provisions for deficiencies, warnings, probation, or nonaccredited status for schools failing to meet one or more standards.

Allows schools to request a due process hearing before the State Board of Education within 10 business days of receiving notice of recommended accreditation status changes; failure to request a hearing constitutes a waiver of the right to a hearing.

Requires the State Board of Education to promulgate due process rules for notice and hearings prior to any accreditation status changes, adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act.

Directs notice of accreditation status changes to school districts by certified mail, with postmark determining timeliness of notice; schools must comply with standards within 90 days or face accreditation withdrawal.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency declaration for immediate effect upon passage and approval.
