• Modifies verification requirements for direct airline ticket purchases to include airline identifying ticket number, airline name, total cost, class of accommodation, and employee name, filed on prescribed claim forms with employee affidavit or travel claim in connection with the flight.

• Changes the approving official for certain lodging reimbursement claims from the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to the agency approving officer, with authority to reimburse up to 150% of the maximum rate when lodging unavailable at standard rates.

• Grants the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services discretionary authority to reject travel claims and vouchers not in conformity with the State Travel Reimbursement Act, rather than mandatory rejection authority.

• Updates statutory language references from "said" to "the" and "Government" to "government" for consistency throughout the travel reimbursement provisions.

• Effective date: November 1, 2025.
