Creates the "Voter Roll Integrity and Maintenance Act" requiring annual reports on voter roll maintenance from county election board secretaries by January 15 and the State Election Board Secretary by January 31.

Reports must include efforts to prevent non-citizens from being added to voter rolls, actions taken to remove ineligible persons with total numbers and reasons, coordination with federal/state/local agencies to verify eligibility, and analysis of current voter registration maintenance processes with improvement recommendations.

State Election Board Secretary must publish the statewide report on the official state website within 30 days of submission to ensure public transparency.

County election board secretaries failing to submit reports by deadline receive a 14-day grace period for compliance; repeated failures result in written referral to the Secretary for review and potential disciplinary action.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
