Amends 19 O.S. 2021, Section 516 to expand sheriff duties to include protecting county residents from infringements of rights guaranteed by the Oklahoma and United States Constitutions.

Authorizes sheriffs and constables to call upon county residents or other state citizens to form a posse comitatus or similar organization to perform law enforcement duties.

Grants posse members all privileges and immunities of sheriffs, undersheriffs, and deputies while in service.

Requires sheriffs to record names of posse members as provided in Section 548 of Oklahoma Statutes.

Adds courthouse security coordination and administration as a sheriff duty.

Effective November 1, 2025.
