Permits Oklahoma sheriffs to conduct sales of goods, chattels, and lands using online auction marketplaces at their discretion.

Requires notice of online sales to include the Internet address where bids may be entered, sale date, and bidding start time, mailed at least 10 days prior to sale.

Prohibits sheriffs, officers, appraisers, and online auction marketplace personnel and their relatives within the third degree from purchasing property at sales; any such purchase is void.

Forbids charging buyer's premiums to purchasers in online auction sales; limits online auction marketplace fees and costs to a maximum of $425.00 per confirmed sale.

Requires online auction marketplaces to provide a nonelectronic bidding option and allow payment collection by wire transfer, electronic funds transfer, or cashier's check, with payment remitted to court clerk within 5 business days.
