Amends 57 O.S. 2021, Section 516 to clarify parole revocation authority between the Governor and the Pardon and Parole Board based on who originally granted the parole.

The Governor has power to revoke parole granted by the Governor, while the Pardon and Parole Board (by majority vote) has power to revoke parole granted by the Board.

Probation and parole officers notify the Department of Corrections upon reasonable grounds to believe a parolee violated terms; the Department may issue an arrest warrant if facts justify revocation.

Parolees arrested may be placed in an intermediate sanctions facility for disciplinary sanction and programmatic services instead of revocation, at the discretion of the Department of Corrections.
