Requires medical marijuana patient licenses to include a PDF417 barcode for authentication by dispensaries and verification systems.

Applies to the medical marijuana use registry, allowing Oklahoma-licensed dispensaries to verify patient or caregiver licenses using the twelve-character identifier and PDF417 barcode.

Applies only to new or replacement medical marijuana patient licenses issued on or after the effective date of November 1, 2025.
